Job-to-job transition in the Flemish labour market

The European Funding Alliance partners Wecreate Consulting and Genium Group carried out an international research project on new forms of employment in today’s fast evolving labour market. We did this under the strategy of the Flemish Ministery of Work & Social Economy, which aims to benefit the Flemish labour market from an import of successful and innovative labour market models from other European Countries.

We analysed cases in Austria, the Netherlands and Sweden, and conducted research on how this could be implemented in Belgium in co-operation with a Dutch University. The lessons learned from the transnational research were then put into practice in a demonstration project in the logistics sector, carried out by a client of Genium Group.

The project was funded via the European Social Fund and Flemish Cofinancing Fund.
